Diane is a skilled and experienced marketing and branding leader, and has guided the marketing efforts of leading Fortune 500 brands like Johnson & Johnson, Frito-Lay, RJ Reynolds, CBS, Mission Foods, and Carnation / Nestle.

She has extensive experience with B2C start ups, including the role of CMO at Sightcom, TeVeFono and Biovideo.

She has spearhead dozens of new product ideation consulting assignments as a Senior Consultant for Prodigy Works, a division of LMCA.

And she has successfully guided Huth Turnkey USA while supporting local and regional brands to meet their marketing needs.

She served as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M University San Antonio and University of the Incarnate Word, which propelled her to write the first of 7 career coaching books.

She has appeared in more than 200 interviews on TV and radio shows, podcasts, online courses and in print articles, recognized as a national expert.

Diane holds a BA and MA in Spanish from Middlebury College, and an MBA in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU.

She speaks fluent Spanish, and is a recognized Hispanic marketing expert. She also teaches seminars on Marketing to business entrepreneurs in Mexico as part of government-sponsored export development programs.

John and Diane have partnered in businesses for more than 25 years, combining strengths to form a formidable team. John is a seasoned businesses leader, with 5 years as a Senior Consultant for McKinsey serving major clients Xerox, Pepsi, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, among many others. He had an impressive career with first Coca-Cola and then Pepsi, serving as VP of marketing for all of LATAM, before becoming CEO of key Pepsi operations in Mexico. He has managed billion-dollar brands, conducted dozens of mergers and acquisitions, and conducted a successful IPO. Diane and John have worked together since 1996 at CBS TeleNoticias, and have collaborated together on multiple B2C start up projects.

Arleen is a skilled graphic designer, video editor, social media manager, and design agency owner. She handles all social media creative, scheduling, and posting for the company and all clients. Claries Villabas

Claries helps to manage the day-to-day operations of the company, and provides client outreach and answers requests received on LinkedIn for coaching and consulting services. She is also a skilled graphic designer in her own right. She is trained as a bookkeeper and accountant, and is proficient on multiple bookkeeping platforms including QuickBooks online.
